THE LAST LOST of '04

To my girls: Gratitude to those of you who love me true,
it really moves me miles in this effort to find my footing.
I am doing remarkable well at the moment.
It does seem dumbfounding to wake up with the love of
my life one Friday and have forgotten him by the next.
I will allow myself to remember him fondly in another
few weeks, but at the moment I think full denial is the only
strategy. I have even begun to reach the point of feeling
blessed and excited to be single again, and allow myself
the limitless dreams of what may be coming my way.
In all sorts of ways, like solo travel, and aspirations,
and work and love.
I hope to go to a Spanish speaking tropical hide out
for the month of January. That's something to get
excited about. In the mean while, I am off to Florida 
today to walk the precincts to oust this administration. 
I love you girls deeply and hold you close at these
shifting times. I'll be home on Thursday night to
report from the front lines of the fall.
